Cleaning your pod regularly can help maintain better performance and flavour. First, remove it from the device. Empty any remaining e-liquid and disassemble the pod if possible. Rinse the pod and the coil (if removable) with warm water. Use a cotton swab or paper towel to dry the pod and coil. Avoid using soap or chemicals as they may affect the flavour. Let the parts air dry for a few hours before reassembling.
To detach a VOOPOO pod from the device, simply grasp the pod and gently pull it away from the battery. Most VOOPOO devices have a magnetic connection, so it should come off easily. If the pod is stuck, ensure the cartridge and device connections are clean, as dirt or residue can cause a tight fit. Avoid pulling too hard to prevent damaging the pod or device. Once detached, you can refill, clean, or replace the pod as needed before reattaching it to the device.
A VOOPOO vape pod lasts for about 1-2 weeks, depending on the usage. However, their iCOSM pods can last longer as they can endure up to 100ml of e-liquid. Remember, the coil inside the pod degrades over time due to constant exposure to e-liquid, and the flavour may diminish. If you notice a burnt taste or decreased vapour production, it's time to replace the pod.
If your VOOPOO replacement pod features a top-fill system, you can simply fill the pod from there. However, if the pod has a bottom or that type of system that requires you to disassemble the device, then carefully move the pod and locate the stopper. Remove the stopper to access the fill port and fill with e-liquid. Don’t overfill and try to leave an air gap to avoid leakage. Once filled, place the pod back on the device and let the e-liquid saturate for a few minutes before taking your first inhale.
