The price-match criteria
A handful of quick checks to keep things fair for everyone.
Identical product
Same brand and model. For e-liquids, the brand, flavour, nicotine strength, and bottle size must all match exactly.
In stock at the competitor
The competitor must have it available for immediate dispatch — no pre-orders, backorders, or out-of-stock listings.
UK-based retailer only
We match against registered UK online vape shops only. International sellers and third-party marketplaces don't qualify.
Publicly advertised price
The price must be visible to the public on the competitor's website. Total cost (product + shipping) is what we compare.
What doesn't qualify
A quick honesty check so there are no surprises.

Within one working day, we'll check the competitor's listing and confirm whether your request qualifies.
We refund the difference
The price difference (including shipping if it applied) is refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds typically clear within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Common questions
Does the price match include shipping?
Yes. We compare the total cost — product plus shipping — not just the headline price. If a competitor's product is cheaper but their delivery costs more, the comparison is on the combined figure.
What if I find a lower price after placing my order?
You have 7 days from your order date to submit a price match request. Email us with your order number and proof of the competitor's price, and if it qualifies we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Can I price match against Amazon or eBay?
No. Third-party marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and similar platforms aren't eligible because we can't verify the seller is a legitimate UK retailer with authentic stock. The same applies to auction sites and resellers.
What if the competitor's price changes after I submit?
We use the price as it was at the time you submitted the request, provided you included a clear screenshot or working link. We may ask for additional proof if the listing has since been removed or changed.
Can I combine a price match with a discount code?
Price matches can't be stacked with promotional discount codes or sitewide sales. If your order already used a discount code, the matched price replaces it rather than adding to it.
How long does it take to hear back?
We aim to verify and respond within one working day. If we need more information we'll email you. Refunds, once approved, typically clear within 3–5 working days depending on your bank.
