Big savings, a few extra rules.

Our clearance sale is the place to find genuine bargains on short-dated stock. These items are deeply discounted because they're closer to their expiration date — and they come with one important difference from the rest of our range.

In short

Clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Stock is limited, prices are heavily reduced, and shelf life is shorter than our regular range. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What you're buying

What "clearance" actually means

A clearance item is the same product you'd find at full price elsewhere on our site — just with a few key differences.

 

Short-dated stock

These products are closer to their best-before date than our regular inventory. They're still perfectly safe to use, just with less shelf life remaining.

 

Heavily discounted

Clearance prices are significantly below standard retail. The discount is clearly shown on each product page so you know exactly what you're saving.

 

Limited stock

Quantities are limited and items sell out fast. We can't guarantee availability for the duration of the sale — once it's gone, it's gone.

 

Quality assured

All clearance items meet the same quality standards as our regular range. Product descriptions are based on manufacturer labelling and are accurate at the time of listing.

 

The key rule: no returns or exchanges

Once delivered, clearance items can't be sent back for change-of-mind reasons.

Because clearance items are heavily discounted and stock is limited, we don't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on them once delivered — unless the product arrives damaged or defective (see below).

This means: if you simply change your mind, decide you didn't need it, or don't get on with the flavour, we won't be able to take it back. Original delivery charges on clearance items are non-refundable in all cases.

The one exception

If it arrives damaged or defective

If your clearance item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full — exactly the same as any other order from us. Get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it.

Your statutory rights: Nothing on this page affects your rights under UK consumer law. Goods must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. The short-dated nature of clearance stock is the only known limitation and is disclosed at point of purchase.

Common questions

How "short" is short-dated?

It varies by product, but typically a clearance item has under 6 months of shelf life remaining at the point of dispatch. The exact best-before date is printed on the product packaging.

Are clearance items safe to use?

Yes. All our products are TPD-compliant and stored correctly. "Short-dated" means closer to the expiration date, not past it. As with any vape product, follow the manufacturer's storage instructions to get the best out of it before the expiry date.

I changed my mind. Can I really not return it?

Unfortunately not — change-of-mind returns aren't accepted on clearance items. This is the trade-off for the heavily discounted price. We'd recommend buying the same product at full price from our regular range if you'd like the option of a 30-day return.

My clearance item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit — your choice — and cover the return postage.

Can I combine a clearance purchase with a discount code?

No. Clearance items are already at their lowest price and can't be combined with sitewide discount codes, loyalty offers, or the price-match guarantee.

Why can't I return a clearance item if it's still sealed?

The pricing on clearance stock reflects the fact that we can't relist it once it leaves our warehouse — the short remaining shelf life makes that impractical. Selling it as a final-sale item is what allows the steep discount.
